Instructions for Self-Guided Meditation
I have reworded the self guided meditation:
- Â Close your eyes.
2. Take a deep breath in. Breathe in relaxation and breathe out any
tension you may be holding in your body.
3. Take as many deep breaths and you need to feel yourself grounding
and centering in your body.
4. Set an intention to join all of those that are present at 11:11 together
with you.
5. In your mind’s eye, begin to envision a new world:
â—Ź A beautifully peaceful Earth with love and respect for all.
â—Ź In this world all pure negativity has washed away.
â—Ź Everyone you meet holds love in their heart.
â—Ź People reach out to help one another on their healing journeys.
● Every individual stands in their true power—so there’s no need to
control or dominate others.
● There’s no rush to the top, because there’s room for everyone at the top.
6. Step into that world. Feel what it’s like to have your heart open to unconditional love.. Let it surround and engulf you. 7. Let your heart open wide. Feel your love extend to every living being on the planet regardless of race, culture, or religion.
8. When you’re ready, open your eyes.
9. Carry that love with you into your day.’
